Take The Next Right

My Name is Shayne and for the last 10 years I have run our business and put my personal and physical needs second to the business and my family's needs. This got me into a bad place mentally and physically. This is my journey back to Healthy and Fit. 

Being me though I needed a big goal so I picked the Cairns Ironman 2024 and to make sure I don't chicken out again I decided to make the whole thing public and show everyone how I got there on YouTube every week.
